cs2010 Notes: 09-29 Counter and Clock

Today we’re going to build a clock and a counter.

I’ll show a clock. Then we’ll design and build a counter together.

Hint: A counter just adds 1, so if we can’t figure out anything else a bunch of half-adders will do it.
