- Figure out what we want for next week.
- Figure out what needs doing to get there.
- Make sure everyone has stuff to do and the workload isn’t drastically
unbalanced.
- Make everyone has an assigned task (issue) to start working towards
basic functionality.
- Design documents.
- Minimal UI
- Minimal database schema
- We’d like to have that minimum viable prototype working next week.
- Work only counts if it’s in the Git repo.
